Der Vortrag wird die aktuellen Geschichtsschulbücher der Scuola Media (= Sekundarstufe I) und des Liceo (= Sekundarstufe II) hinsichtlich der Frage untersuchen, welche Narrative dort über den Ersten Weltkrieg konstruiert werden.

La prima guerra mondiale in history education in Italy.
My paper points out the dominating narrative of World War I in modern Italian history textbooks used at the “Scuola Media” and the “Liceo”.
