VHD committee visits Bonn for site inspection

Today, the VHD committee was a guest in Bonn for its first meeting in 2025. The meeting focused on the 55th Deutschen Historikertag, which will take place in the university city on the Rhine in September 2025. The members of the committee took the opportunity to familiarise themselves with the local conditions together with the local committee of the University of Bonn and the team from the VHD office.

The central conference venue for the 55th Deutschen Historikertag is the Electoral Palace in the centre of Bonn. It has been the main building and landmark of the university since its foundation in 1818.
