Search for traces digital. The database to the saxonian newspaper of the NSDAP “Der Freiheitskampf” (1930-1945)

The database on the "struggle for freedom" attempts to at least partially fill the large gaps in the history of National Socialism in Saxony. With its more than 33,000 records from the years 1930-1938, it is already the most comprehensive source on Saxon National Socialism in the pre-war period. The presentation will showcase research opportunities, how to handle the "fragile facts" of the source using examples, and ways to digitally reuse the data.
