The preparations for the Historikertag in Leipzig are entering the home straight. The programme is ready, the rooms have been booked and the timetable is almost complete. Excitement and anticipation are rising. The local committee, the Association of Historians, the Association of History Teachers as well as countless helpers are looking forward to the visit of as many interested people as possible and are available to help with the organisation in word and deed. We hope for a pleasant stay and an intensive professional exchange from 19 to 22 September here in our city.
