An open teaching and learning culture requires educational resources that are freely accessible and usable by everyone. Often, however, these are only accessible to a limited extent and can only be re-used with special software. The workshop offers an insight into the creation of sustainable, easily adaptable digital learning materials. The workshop will use LiaScript, an extension of the Markdown markup language, which has been specially developed for the creation of Open Educational Resources. It is easy to work in a browser or text editor and the finished course, a simple text file, can be distributed via Github.
 
The workshop will briefly look at the potential of this technique and then try out the first LiaScript functions in practice using prepared course materials.
